How to make proxy from mobile data

Are you referring to using the mobile data for different IPs? Well it can be done by tuning off the data by doing airplane mode and then turning on band you will get new IP, but this does not offering wider range and probably you will be limited to 8-10 IPs depending on your provider.
Nah I can get way more than 8 - 10. Also, that's not what I'm talking about. I want to turn it into an actual proxy so I have more control over it. That way I can run it on a vps in a program or something.
