Hello, i want to ask how to make a pop up ad with your banner, and put the "x" on the banner, and when they click the "x" they also click the ad banner?

I want to make that when you come to website the banner pop ups and to close it you have to press "x" and i want that "x" would be in the middle of the banner so when they click "x" they click ad also. Do you understand what I mean? because its really hard to explain
