How to Make Paypal work for Facebook Ads!

hey guys,
so most of us have gotten that error facebook gives when trying to add a paypal
account they don't like. But sometimes they do accept depending on certain factors.
They have 5 steps to verify 100% like email verify, phone verify, add cc,
and bank etc.


Does anyone here know if this is what makes a paypal work for facebook
ads? or are there other factors like if it is aged and if so for how long, and
if there is any money in the account, at least $1 for the charge from fb.


Can someone please shed some light on this, so that we can all have it figured out,

your paypal has to be 7 days old.

also, make a purchase, like few coins in 8-ball. that will add paypal automatically to your account.
