I have become fan of u r forum. now i need to know how can a user donate who don't have paypal account makes a payment .
let me clear u little bit. i am from the least develop country, and our country monetary policy does not let us send money from online transaction, which means we r unable to make online transaction via LR or money gram,wu or paypal.
the default is there only if u have bank account, that also of Indian bank account . here u can make payment saying for study.
so is there any way i can make payment to Ur forum...
