I created some small blogs all in specific niche I have some idea about. Now I want to know is there any way you reduce the one time set up cost and maintenance cost so that the entire project is beneficial. Like suppose when I renew the hosting of all these blogs, can I get some type of discount for bulk renewal? Is there any popular hosting service that provides this. Income generation from these blogs is limited so I want to reduce costs first.

Why don't you just put them all on the same hosting plan? A lot of hosting providers will allow you to put unlimited websites on your plan as long as you don't go over file limit. As for domain renewal, I doubt you will get any renewal discounts with your provider but you could look for domain transfer offers.

I gave that as example. I mean all costs like di main, hosting, theme, plugins and everything. How can I reduce these costs to minimum possible?

1. Domain -> Look for domain renewal deals, especially on Black Friday.
2. Hosting -> Move all your sites onto one host so its a low monthly onetime fee.
3. Theme -> Have your theme coded by yourself if your capable or pay a one time fee to a developer so that your not paying for themes again. I coded all the themes for my site because its 0 cost and 100% control.
4. Plugins -> If your paying for plugins then it's most likely because your sites aren't custom coded. All plugins can be coded into a site, and paying for premium SEO plugins is a rip off if your savvy.
5. SSL -> Never pay for an SSL. If your hosting doesn't provide one you can get them for free through Lets Encrypt.

There the things I do off the top of my head. If I missed anything let me know.

There is always a finite amount you can save and an infinite amount that you can make
