How TO make my WEBSITE to be on GOOGLE?

Google bot searches the net and scrapes all links. It then visits these links and indexs them in the search engine. You just need to add a link of your website on some site. Doesn't matter where. It can take up to a week or even more. If you wan't to be indexed faster you can use certain pinging tools that are here on this forum.

As everyone else has said, read the information on bhw. Your question is so broad there are a lot of things you can and should be doing.
To make it easier, concentrate your reading to the threads in the White Hat SEO section first. Follow the instructions given in those threads as much as you can. Once you have a good idea of basic search engine optimization then move on to reading the threads in the Black Hat SEO section.

You can get your website indexed really easily. Many people who are new to IM think that being on Google is really amazing. But its very simple.
Start by looking through some threads here in the White Hat SEO section. You will learn a lot.
To start you off, do this:
Go to here:
Sign up at the forums listed on that page. Create links on them, using the bio, signature or whatever is available.
Then use pingler or pingomatic to ping the links to your profiles you have created with your link on them.
You can also create a feed at feedage and ping that.
This will notify Google of your site, and get it indexed.
But look around the forums more, that was a very basic start.
