What kind of post? Does it have some link? Did you use the account for spamming? In old Twitter, if you leave the account for a few days and then come back and only post positive things, you can get your Tweets showing again.

Unlikely but possible, in rare cases, your account might be shadowbanned, where your tweets are restricted from search results without notification.

nope. the recommendation algo actually punishes hashtags as it sees them as spam.
no one here actually knows what they're talking about.
