How to make my online shop act differently for different countries??

I have a shop that has the prices listed in GBP, and is basically enabled for the rest of the world. But recently I have had a large amount of traffic come from Pakistan, where paypal is not available and not many have credit cards.

So I basically want different pricing for people from Pakistan and different pricing options.

Either make it detect this automatically or have them small country flag icons at the top and make them click on it to go to the respective version of the shop.

I am using the latest wordpress with woocommerce 2 installed. So does woocommerce allow this option?

So is there a plugin that makes that small country flag at the top and opens a different website with that country prices and shipping options?
