How to make my MiFi appear as a private network

Hi,

I am planning to work remote but my company only allows me to connect on the company laptop if my network is private.

I am wondering if there is any way to make my MiFi look like a private network so I can log on to my outlook, zoom, etc and making it seem like i am connecting from my home WiFi while working on the road.
