Hey master please let me know how to build mp3 site, i was search beside using wapka, is there possible to make with wordpress, also is mp3 downloading are using AGC plugin as you know is hard to upload one by one the song?

You need to take copyright Permit From Music Companies like T series, Zee Music, Yrf etc..
then only you can Make Legal Music Downloading Site Like Saavan, Gaana, Hungama etc…

You just need to customize your WP theme according to your requirement, add WP-Filebase-master plugin for mp3 songs download and online play functionality .

Done.

First you need permission from the MP3 provider , then use some WP plugins to upload them .
