Well i am having a bit of the same problem 15k, i am in Argentina and there is no Shoutout Market yet, i tried sending inbox or dms, but i got no answer, or they just want sfs.
As long as make a website and sell something, that could be an option.

Here is the real thing that everyone seems to miss as to conducting a proper business. You have leads for a SFS, how do you monetize it? Can you provide them with something of value that will lead to sales and results? If so, can you sell them the solution for profit? If so, you got a product or service to the market you just created.

An account with 10k likes per photo is definitely huge. If I were you,I'd first try doing some Affiliate Sales. Fitness/Health products.
Else,build a store with Shopify and promote Amazon or your own products through dropshipping. Pick CPA as a last resort as you don't wanna get your large account banned.

Build a website to siphon your traffic to and there you can monetize with Amazon and other affiliate programs, CPA, selling your own products, dropshipping and so on. But you need to do your best to understand the people that are following your account and what they expect, like and then you can understand what you can earn from them. One thing that is extremely important is their location - if they are from the USA they will be infinitely more valuable than people from Bulgaria or Mongolia for instance.
