So I was thinking of getting into buying domains for small business' that aren't tech-savvy - essentially acting as a domain reseller I guess.
The USP here would be I'm convincing these small and medium business' (SMEs) to buy domains at 5-10 years at a time.
I'm just trying to get it straight in my own head - but what should I be watching out for? How do I transfer ownership of a domain to someone - or is there a better way to organise things?
For sake of example - I buy the rights to www.obamasbikes.com for 10 years from GoDaddy. I invoice the owner of the physical store 'Obamas Bikes' for the cost of the domain plus a little something for myself.
How can I 'give' the domain to Obama as I'm unlikely to still be messing around with domains 10 years from now.
