How to make money through Discord?

i can creat 1k+ discord account everyday, I’m also looking for ways to monetize。 I’m currently testing posting ads in gaming channels.

I’ve thought about building Discord servers myself before. The idea was to create a service where people actually get value through a Discord bot and where the server can generate recurring income over time.

The same structure works on Telegram too. You can even run parallel servers on different platforms and sync messages through bots. If you look at the Graphene OS community, they already do this by connecting Telegram, Discord, and Element into one unified flow.

If the service idea is clear, monetization can also be automated through bots. Payments, access control, and delivery can all run without a website. A server alone can be the product.

I’ve also experimented with the idea of a freelancer style server, offering escrow and structured threads so people could manage projects directly inside Discord. You could do exchanges, mini games to grow members, or even AI services like image or video generation.

At the end of the day, the real value is not the platform or the members. It’s the idea behind the service. Hope this helps.

You’re right, a Discord server can be the product.
But bots and automation aren’t the main thing.
The real value is traffic and engagement.
If you have users coming in and staying active you can monetize.
If not, no bot will fix it.
I’m focusing on funnel first (Reddit → Discord),
then engagement, and only after that monetization.

Hi! I run a service where I help grow Discord servers by bringing in real and active members. I’ve been reaching out to people but I’m not sure about the best way to monetize this. Do you have any advice or would you be interested in collaborating? I’d really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

If you’re bringing real and active users, what kind of servers are you focusing on?

And do those users actually stay and engage, or just join and go quiet?

Feels like monetization depends more on retention than just volume.

I can bring real Discord members to Discord servers. I've tried contacting many people, but no one knows how to monetize this. Can anyone offer me some advice?
If you can consistently bring real, active members to Discord servers, that’s actually a valuable skill — the key is packaging it the right way.

One approach is offering it as a growth service for niches that already monetize their communities, like gaming servers, crypto projects, or paid communities. Instead of just “members,” you could position it as targeted or niche-specific growth, which usually has more value.

Another option is to build and grow your own server around a specific topic, then monetize it through things like paid access, affiliate offers, or partnerships once you have an engaged audience. Just having members isn’t enough — engagement and retention are what make it profitable.

You could also look into working with project owners who need early traction and charge per campaign rather than just per member.

Curious how you’re currently bringing in members — organic, ads, or something else?

you can try selling discord server boosts, a lot of people actually need it

servers always want higher level for perks like better quality and features, so there is demand. if you can bring real members, you can also bundle it with boosts or offer growth + boost packages

Monetizing real Discord growth is all about moving away from "selling members" and toward "selling results." Most people struggle because "buying members" often sounds like botting, which scares off serious owners.

A lot of people dont know how to monetize Discord which is why they dont see the value in growth You may need to educate your clients as part of your pitch

Monetize by offering a "Discord growth service" to crypto/NFT projects, gaming communities, or SaaS startups that need active members. Charge per 1,000 real, verified members. Alternatively, build and sell pre-populated niche servers (e.g., for a specific game or stock trading). Ensure members are organic to avoid bans; fake users ruin server health.
this is smart. be my friend :)
