I want explain about it clearly-
You can make money on Reddit but it is tough.
You can establish yourself on Reddit by being active in the subreddits you would like to monetise.
However, this takes a while,you would have to post consistently and provide a lot of value. Once you have attained a high karma count,you may be able to insert links in your post and not get it deleted. This is because you will have built up trust within the subreddit and people will be more trusting and see may check out your offers.
The other way is to create lots of accounts and start posting links straight away. Your post will get deleted but not before some have seen your links. If it's a big subreddits you may get lots of traffic before your post is deleted. This is why you should use multiple accounts and make sure you use proxies. Otherwise if they detect that one IP address is creating so many spam accounts, your IP address will be blocked.

It's very rare for reddit to block an IP unless you are using a bot to really hammer them hard. I have created 60+ accounts from a single IP and spamming until they are banned and not had any problems making a new account. I prefer the method just to sell my karma though. Seems much easier. Gonna save up my Karma for a month and then cash it in.

If one has an amazon store, then he can promote his store on reddit by helping people with useful comments.
