one of my friends is doing this but most of the traffic from Reddit and other social media websites getting traffic around 50k every day.

1100 Followers only? you need to grow your profile first and atleast get 100K followers. Then you can monetize it by: Paid Shoutouts, promotions, sponsored love videos etc. You can also use it to bring traffic on your CPA offer. But as I said you need to grow your profile bigger.

i would suggest you to wait for earning , and focusing on growing the page and don't promote any links on your main page as you are not a brand or real person name of that page instead create a new page for only spamming and promoting that way your main page will be more safer. ( Big adult pages tend to disabled by Instagram if you spam links then it will be deleted.)

I have several Instagram pages with many followers. Here's a tip from me. Let your page grow first! Wait till you get about 10k or more. Most followers do not like advertising post and they will unfollow you directly. It's much better if you build up a bigger reach first. If you have a bigger reach, you will get automatically advertising requests from companies. But i would still be careful with adult pages, instagram is very strict, they might block/delete your page. Well, good luck with your page, you can do it.
