In Instagram, i can't share the links on which users can click....

you need to use url shortener (bit.ly, ****** and similar) or to make landing page instead

You should really concentrate on building more followers and making sure that you're targeting a specific group of people, so that you can monetize the account accordingly. 3k followers is nothing, especially if they are not targeting a specific niche.

Yup, niche is everything. If you have a concentrated specific niche which tends to be smaller than 5k-10k followers is fine, scale isn't everything. But if you just have a bunch of random followers which you got by following-unfollowing techniques don't be surprised that your audience doesn't convert. So here is what you should do:
1. Pick a (specific) niche whether you're going for a big market like memes or a small market like vegan recipes realy makes the difference (one needs scale the other needs a targetted audience)
2. Build your account according to your niche.
3. Grow some more followers in your niche and drive up engagement.
4. Start monetizing by selling shoutouts, affiliate programs or your own shop/product (which works best with specific niches)

link in bio, there will be only 1 link, what about others....????
 
You have not enough followers, if you are going to spam offers with just 3k, your page will lose followers 'cause you'll look spammy. Keep building your audience

you can sell shoutouts but you will propably need more followers than 3k :) good luck
