How to make money on clickbank? HELP!

Hello!

I am young, and am looking to earn some extra money online (doesn't have to be too much, just a nice bit of extra cash!).

After looking online at various ideas, I came across clickbank. I set up an account and quickly started to promote my first product - a golf e-book. I set up a website online, however, I do not see that this will be viewed by anyone!
I only bought this product to learn, and I just wondered if any body had any tips or advice as to how to promote my product, what products to buy, and how to make money generally on clickbank?!

Also, if any body else has any simple money making ideas online then it would be very much appreciated!

Dont buy the products, just promote them. Write your own unique articles for the various clickbank products. Submit to places like ezinearticles with a link back to your money site in the authors signature. Try to do 5 to 10 different articles for each product your trying to promote. Its not easy but if your articles are any good people will place them on their websites giving your money site valuable backlinks plus some unique visitors. But this is only the beginning. Read some more about gaining backlinks on this forum.
 
There are some cool guys shared some awesome ebook/guides on making money through CB; head up to 'Download' section.
 
Publish unique keyphrase optimized articles on your website at least 2 a day and target a less competitive niche.
Within 2 months you should be making sales if you keep publishing the articles.
 
Thank you for all your replies so far. I'm afraid I am rather confused with the whole idea of clickbank?! I do not know what items to chose to promote, how to go around promoting them, where to promote them, where to get noticed, and where to get steady traffic?

Does any one else have any other money making ideas that could make me even just a small amount of money a week, either to gain experience, or just for money?!

I am now looking to market products. I am looking at marketing poker e-books. Does any one think this is a good/bad idea? If so, why?
I have been looking online and found a free website building site. If I put effort into building a website, do you think it would be worth it? How would I promote the website too?

Will the benefits and money made from selling this type of product be worth the effort?

bro u can promote any kind of product but dont promote garbage.just select a product which u urself wanna to buy it,just select some good keywords and made a blog or site around ur keywords and try SEO methods u can get thousand of tips and techniques in this forum,just search..

write some article,use squidoo lens,hubpages, join forum in ur product niche,use yahoo answers and the list go on and on and repeat the process,After some time u will see good money in ur hands. just focus and never give up.
 
If you really wanna make money thru clickbank, try yukinaris cb domination.
