How to make money in the nulled scripts niche?

I'm planning on starting a website in the nulled scripts niche and was wondering what other monetization methods are available?

So far I can think of these:

using all download links to redirect via ******
making all download links visible to members only (to increase membership)
modifying a few wp themes to include a footer backlink to the site
adding google adsense

But from the looks of it, assuming if there are a good number of members, what to sell them given that they are interested in nulled/cracked products?
backlinks is fine.. improves the site.. but what about the money?

Any other tips? Has anyone here managed such a site and could share some of their experiences?

Generally those that are looking for nulled scripts are two things:

1. Not willing to spend any money at all
2. Know what they're doing and are capable of finding ways around any content locking/mebmership etc.

A membership won't, they'll just find other places to download it from.

It takes two seconds to remove links in footers, I do it with every single theme I download. Assuming people know what nulled is, they can do it too.

I'm pretty sure that's very against the Google TOS and will get you banned in a heart beat.
 
Yep, that's the difficult bit. I got hold of a nice domain/hosting as a trade off from a guy who wanted help with his Wp theme.. so it's sitting idle collecting dust!!

But most website with Nulled scripts are running with Google Adsense, so what you say about this? is all do something with our websites to allow adsense ? or this is Google mistake? :) because almost 1 year ago i see that a Nulled scripts website running with google adsense and today i see now still working with Google adsense but i need to know what thy do with website that google ingnored...!

This is shocking. Can you link to any nulled script sites that have google adsense on the same pages where nulled downloads are available? I do realize that google indexes nulled script keywords but still that's the SE.

Either their Adsense account was approved before starting to post nulled scripts or Google is taking their DMCA page seriously (http://www.codelist.cc/dmca.html)
