No one will come and teach you step by step "how to make money online". Online business just like any other business requires time, knowledge and investment in some cases. I'd imagine the methods you can find in this site would work in China too if you have access to VPN's and/or Proxies.

They probably don't care about black hats, virtual currencies, substitute shipping .... But the government will definitely regulate this

Why you are not offering baidu, 360 etc agency acc those would be more useful right since foreigner find hard to get them?

These two companies are more like state-owned enterprises and less like private enterprises.
 
If I was in China I think I would direct myself to Connect the West to China.
Thats a good way to make money.
 
Most of Products are Cheap in China, You have to purchase those in China at cheap Price and sell outside China, You can also use Alibaba account for that, But you Can also use Amazon FBA,
