You can make small amounts of money on these immediately but generating long term high income still takes a lot of work.

You need to have 10+ experience with people to make a phone call.

I spent 5 years with people and decided business to business is an alternate reality where everything is red and cold... hell.

I heard cold calling is good for psychologists and people who can't get easily manipulated.

You need like, no people experience to do cold calling. Just gotta have a good script and not give a f about being told no. OP wanted to know how to make money immediately. Cold calling has consistently been the fastest way I've gotten work, but yes, it is very draining, frustrating and not for me. But it works and I certainly don't have people skills (probably why it was frustrating and draining).
 
lol quick could be better but immediate is wrong , money never happens in sec it takes time and effort mate .

Learn a skill and sell your services. It takes time to build a solid skill to make money online.
