hello i have 7m+ Facebook page 70% US audience. is there any way to earn money from them? any website where I can sell post shares or anything like that. or any other idea you have please help

you can monetize page via instant articles ..thats the best way to monetize fanpage

if not you can try

adsense
amazon affiliate
shotouts etc

what's the page about? isn't any product relate to the niche you could sell by promoting it?

It is very hard, I would say impossible without using FB ads. Meta practically killed all the reach on the FB pages and groups.
