Hi, I was dealing with this person over skype, and he gave me access to his paypal account. Its got 100 USD in it and Id like to withdraw, but its limited and everything's locked.
He got banned for screaming at other members on the forum that I was selling stuff on, and now he never goes on skype. It's not really worth being that cheap over the 75 dollars that he promised me.. so Im not hunting him down. Does anyone know how I can make money from this account? Is there any place to trade accounts/sell limited ones? I dont care how much I make now. It can even be a few dollars, but I just want to know I didnt just.. give away this one item for free. It was worth something alright.
Anybody know how to make accounts unlimited.. or how to still buy stuff with them?

Idk what to do. Id like at least to make a few dollars, or if possible maybeeee to still be able to withdraw everything. I dont have the persons id or cards or anything so its limited for good.

Unlock it by typing captcha, this will prove you are human. I got my pp limited too, but this helped for me. Just few magical words and bingo.

Well paypal is a place where you keep the money that you have made from other places. The only way to make money from paypal is to buy paypal.

No.. what I mean is I have a limited account. Meaning I cannot use my money thats inside. I cannot withdraw it or do anything.I cant update details either. And for the first comment, the verification is only later after I provide ID. This happened because the person decided to use a prepaid card when he made the account, which made Paypal think he's a sketch.

The answer will require deeper understanding about universe. Sorry mate, maybe 10 years later I shall be able to answer this question. That's when I can download a car from internet, and create money from thin air.
sorry just kidding, I think you will need the number that shows up inthe Virtual Credit Card used to back up the account.

There is nothing you can do until you verify your information to Paypal. Paypal will remove limitation once your information have been verified.

Did he give you access or did he give you the account? There's a big difference. From what I can tell you want to steal the $100 in the account, or sell the account to someone else so they can take the money.

Doesn't matter what he owes you, unless he gave you the account, withdrawing funds from it or selling it is theft.

@ op, thr are people i saw in some forums who do help cashing out limited accounts. Just search google with the text similar to 'cashing out limited paypal' if you are eligible for the money. Else if the person didnt give you the ac legitimately he will make the mess once he back!
