If you have just IDs, then they don't have any value. If you have contact details like email or phone number of targeted customers, then you can sell this data. You can also sell if you have aged accounts.

You can always have a great revenue from facebook in stream ads with a decent followers like 10K is a good starting point

Fb groups, reddit subs, IM forums like BHW, telegram groups, etc. There is good demand for leads. You can also contact businesses directly and offer them leads. LinkedIn profiles and contact forms are good to find them.
