How to make money blogging ?

My income is still lower than expenses (domain + hosting) no matter what I do. I write lots of unique articles, have tried affiliate and Adsense. People just dont click on ads nowadays.I think I just give up.

What do you blog about? There are blogger making millions (Perez Hilton for example) and bloggers that don't focus on a specific topic. Do you really enjoy the niche in your blog or did you do it based on G Traffic?
 
First off try googling your question, and all the questions you get after that (or search this forum). Hint: Don't buy anything.

It can take years of rigorous posting before you get traction. A blog is not a business, focus on something more valuable.
 
I used the wrong term sorry, they are not blogs. I have tried to focus more on niche/review websites
 
Yes, articles are important for your website. But they are not enough! Try google adwords, some socials and buy good links. Invest $100-200 and the results will come after a month or two. Don`t give up, man!
 
Use free hosts like blogger, wordpress.com and pornblog.me if you run an adult website.

There is no reason to purchase hosting and a domain if you cannot profit.


Start small. Start by building a few blogger blogs and linking to them using facebook, twitter, reddit and other traffi sources. Then eventually purchase hosting and work your way up.

Read a book called problogger, it's how one guy made a blog his main income source.
 
You need backlinks and social presence == traffic. Unless you are lucky its really hard to get any traffic by just adding content and waiting people to come.
 
I feel like people who make money off blogs are the people who advertise that you can make money off blogs.

also, OP, we need more info - like have you done keyword research, how many searches do they get? How much traffic do you get? What's the Adwords competition like? Etc.
 
You need to build a list on your niche. List building is the gurus' way to making money online!
