Hi

I am really tierd of (black hat) social media, only banned, banned and banned accounts never the passive income I hoped for and just tons of work that never ends.
So I was now thinking to get into offline-work (Webdesign & Webdevelopment).

But I am thinking it must be hard to get started. How the get "thoes first customer". I guess I am just looking for tips and where to look for cutomer.

The links the users just posted above are really great also you can always just do the classic Freelancer sites etc.

I've known people who do 2-3 very small projects for free in order to get good feedback and then begin using the site normally and building up their client base

Ive used httrack to clone websites before. You just have to edit it with your own logos and links after you clone it. Have to he careful though cause some sites will know that the site was cloned, i stopped doing it after i recieved a few complaints from original owners.
