Do not think out of the box, start with a very simple and powerful strategy which is to create a replica of successful business and cater the same audience for much lower price, tap on there 1% potential clients and there yo go printing $20k easily. Let me know if you want me to give ideas on specific niche
 
To make 3 million you only need a job that pays $10k a month and 30 years. You don't need a business. These crazy ideas will waste years of your life in most cases. Saw it plenty of times. Focus on something with big demand as I can see you're too focused on ideation and not execution. It's maybe 12 year old approach like "mom, I've got an idea, it's a genius one, I'm gonna be rich". No, you're not gonna be rich with such thinking. You need to sell stuff to people. Sell what's in demand for money.

What you're doing is of super high risk and if you don't aim for 150 million and 1000 employees, doing something like that won't make any sense cause there are 50 safer ways to get to 5 million usd.

Even if you have five good business making you $1000 per month, you can sell all of them for good amount. Then start same work with different marketing strategies and again sell them. You can reach to your million in bank account in few years this way. Best thing, you already have tried and tested working methods . You just need ilto streamline to make it a sellable business.
 
ecommerce always work for some people. Point is, you need to find what works best for you then scale it
