How to make Instagram Accounts ?

Hi , I need a way or software to how to make insatgram accounts ? Or any one who sell them I want to buy , I bought instafirebot but the didnt activate my licences and they don't answer me .

The way I made my instaG account is by using bluestacks app player. It's not an account creator or anything but you can use it to create accounts manually using an email without a phone number. It's almost like a mobile device emulator. I haven't tested by creating multiple accounts but if you do run into some kind of road block it's nothing a good VPN can't fix. Hope that helps!

I've used BlueStacks before too and I can say its good to create single accounts. Likewise I have never tried to create multiple accounts.
