How can I make Google crawl a website in a short time? Is there an indexing method or something which would send the Googlebot immediately to a website? (No Webmastertools)

On fiverr there are some dudes that offer such a service. Search for it. I use these kind of services from there too. Always got web 2.0's indexed in 24h, sometimes less.
 
The best option is fetch as google but as you stated (no webmaster tools) then i would recon social signals specially g+ and twitter.

You can also use indexing services such as Link Centaur or InstantLinkIndexer

Both offer a free tryout service
 
If you don't want to fork out for a service, I know two ways,

Submit an rss feed to all the usual places, and set it to automatically ping this submissions list every time you update.

Or manually go to somewhere like pingomatic and ping the url, works a treat.
 
i have subscription on some indexing sites, its not much in use, if you have urls(not more then 1000), u can send them to me, i will get them indexed in seconds.
 
Probably just use a link crawler/indexing service ie. linklicious or Nuclear Link Indexer.
 
One of the Most used and Recent fave is to make your Link 100% Social and share them it will be index sooner. I have personally experienced it and found good results.
 
Create a dummy Google Plus account and place your link there.
 
as other stated i think sending social signals will help indexing it very fast, i had great success sending a couple of tweets with the url
