How to make google recrawl a website. Is there any method to speed up the process?

For a quick re-crawl, head to Google Search Console, use the URL Inspection tool on your main pages. If they're not indexed, request indexing. Google prioritizes based on site authority and update frequency. Boost these, and you'll see quicker crawls. Also, a sitemap update and pinging Google can nudge them.
 
Use an indexer, like omega, it will recrawl the links inserted, does not matter if the links are already indexed, fast and cheap, gsc will take some time, its very slow these days

you can lift anything easy with an indexer, even if it was flat with 0 crawl for the last week, nothing complicated

These pages will enter the index, but will not be ranked. And in a few days they will fly out again, and the site's ranking will fall even lower and the scanning speed will become even slower.
