how to make google map like this?

i want to make a google map connecting the cities like the link above.. any suggestions?

If you go to google maps and use the get directions option on the left then enter in your A, B etc. you'll get a map with the blue line. If you look in the top right corner there will be a link icon. If you click on this you will get options to customise and embed the map.
