This sort of thing always comes down to site structure. Try drawing all the pages on your site as a mindmap, and seeing which ones link where. If this is hard, well, it probably needs a shakeup.
Some easy fixes:
A 'breadcrumb' trail on pages showing their heirarcy e.g.
Home > Pages > Sales > This Page
On a blog, a related posts plugin doesnt hurt.
Link from one page to another when the content is relevant. For example, if you talk about chairs in a post on furniture, link to a page on chairs
Obvs, the thing that is most important is how well organised your site structure is overall, but this is a start, hopefully
Once you have created backlinks to your pages through bookmarking, blog commenting, etc, be sure to ping all of the links created. A good ping service to use is ping device because you can ping multiple pages at once. Here is the link:
