How to make google find 3rd party reviews

I have a bunch of third party reviews for a google local site. When I click on competitors google local listings, it will list the third party sites where they have reviews, but when I click on mine there is nothing. They are indexed, and I fetched them in webmaster, but still nothing. How do I make google find these? And if the answer is "just wait" - how long does it take? Thanks!
