Hey BHW Diamonds,

Sorry for my english. How to make Google developer accounts? i dont have Credit Card. I try Lot of VCC even Bancore, Entropay but not support anyone. All are cancel. Even I used private proxies, New Google Accounts, Cookies Clean, Fresh VCC used. Always Failed. Anyone Suggestion Me. How to make google developer accounts which type of vcc is worked for Google dev accounts. Kindly PM Me.

VCCs don't work. You need a valid real credit card.

You can make it using VCC, by right steps. But if I tell you that I will run out of business! ;-)
