How to make Google cache my site more often

I have 5 blogger blogs (from different G accounts) and 1 self hosted site. I read the phpbuilt kw optimization thread and changed the kw density. I thought that blogger blogs are crawled often but they still show that my last chache was taken from on some blogs 2 weeks ago and my self hosted site even longer time ago.

How can I tell G to cache my sites faster?

try fetch as googlebot in gwt after that submit your link to index

More backlinks from pages that are crawled often and tons of fresh content.

Give them (google spiders/crawlers) reason to keep coming back often. Keep adding fresh content, build backlinks and engage in social media consistently (rss, ping, social shares). There's not really any other way. Hope that helps

more backlinks does NOT make Google cache a site more. You need to update your site frequently.

Two quick things you can do is buy an indexer like GSA Indexer and join google webmaster tools and request it to crawl your site.

try fetch as googlebot in gwt after that submit your link to index. your cache will change within 10 min.
