I'm sure you can make something with this method but is it worth the time you put in?
@OP I would look into using more automation if possible like: https://ifttt.com/ and using the CoinURL API (they say they have one) so that your accounts auto tweet the news out and you can make more accounts.
Another thing is that I know I would not follow somebody and click on a lot of their links if I had an intermission ad - I'm not sure how CoinURL works but I know that the urls I have click on from bitcointalk that went through CoinURL have all been intermission ads and not iFrames. What you could do to make more money is create your own iFrame site with your own ads and cut out CoinURL which is going to be taking out of your profits. It is more work but if you have proven the method and work in certain niches you can do a lot with this - such as build a list or promote your own offers or affiliate products.

I agree with this. Intermission ads are annoying AF, and CoinURL uses them. I feel like my content will rarely (if ever) be seen, if I send someone to a link that displays one of those types of ads that have to first load, and THEN take up 5 seconds of your time, before you get to the material you wanted, IFF (if and only if) you know to click the small "Skip Ad" button on the top right side.
