How to make Faceless project Ai video with low budget

Considering that I have Gemini Pro, Claude Pro, and ChatGPT Plus, I want to understand how I can create a completely faceless channel where videos are generated by AI, with animations and similar elements, so not with image collages, which are awful.
How could I do this?
Ideally, the maximum goal would be to automate everything, where I provide the text and then, through automation, the video is created and I only have to publish it.
Videos for social media with a maximum duration of 20–30 seconds.

I know a little of editing and need videos for my project. To avoid overwhelm on where to start, get a style you like first. Download a clip and load it to an editor. You can now split the scenes and recreate to your own. Most models this week have good lipsync so having an Ai avator that doesn't suck finally
 
use chatgpt or claude for script, then tools like runway, pika or capcut ai for animation and voiceover, and connect everything with zapier or make if you want basic automation, start simple before trying full auto

2. divide script in 10 seconds sections.
3. Give chatgpt a face and ask it to create different model of the same face like in different outfit and in different environment looking at the camera.
4. open google flow, use veo 3 to generate the 10 second sections with images that were generated.

Write the text with AI + Use free stock video + Add AI audio + Combine in CapCut/Canva.

No expensive equipment is needed. What matters is a good subject and a strong first 3 seconds.
