hello guys .. there is any method to make facebook accounts manually .. it always got blocked
or a software can do it automatic

yeh, then use proxies and it will be fine. seems like facebook has blacklisted your IP. good luck! ;)
 
You need to age your facebook cookies and pixels.

Run fresh browser session and visit webpages that has facebook like buttons or facebook widgets for a few days.

When your cookies are aged, rest of it will be easier.

1 IP per account is overkill, you can easily create more than a few from 4G proxies.

i can give you a software that can make facebook accounts automatically but do you phone verify them?
 
all you need to do is to get yourself a good proxy and an antidetect browser, and then farm, farm, farm
 
Do you use Gmail to register for the FB account or temp email?

I have no issues creating new FB account manually using my home internet connection and mobile phone.
