All my US orders are FULLY TRACKED so there's no problem there.
But most of my international orders are not fully tracked with the exception
of a few countries that provide very economically priced full tracking options.
What I'm wondering is, how can I set shipping rules/options that will tell the customer
that for YOUR SPECIFIC COUNTRY and for spending over $60.00, I will only ship via expedited (full tracking) service (which costs more for the customer), because I don't want to risk using regular
airmail without full tracking.
For example, if a buyer from Brazil orders items worth $25 from me, I will ship to them via
regular airmail which is cheap for them and worth risking for me because IF the buyer claims
they never received it and opens up a case, I can easily pay them back $25 which is not a big
hit for me.
But if the buyer from Brazil orders items worth $90 from me, I don't want to risk shipping out
with regular airmail because the RISK is so high if they open a case claiming unreceived,
then I have to pay $90 out of my own pocket (***assuming my dropshipper will not refund me*** which
has happened a few times on large orders like that). So in this case I'd like to set a shipping rule
where the buyer sees the shipping charge cost higher.
