First things first, if you are seriously looking for a method to make money and keep making money, you need better content. Your site looks spammy as hell. No wonder why people aren't going to your site. No one, from what I can tell, will ever go to your site organically based on the content.
Now if you're just trying to spam and couldn't care less to the outcome, I'd say use Mass Planner and spam away.
You will need proxies and a lot of Facebook profiles because the chances are you will be banned spamming a site like the one you're promoting.
You will also need many domain names so that you can keep switching up the domain name that is being spammed on FB. So if FB flags one domain, you'd just move onto the next one.
That's the only advice I can really give because I'm not familiar with promoting these type of sites, these movie streaming sites that I see spammed everywhere.
But if you really want to go for it and spam away, I recommend Mass Planner. There is no cheap or free tool that I know of for doing what you're trying to do.
The best method is for you to take your time and build your site the right way so that you don't have to spam to make a dollar or two.
