How to make custom content locker for my landing page?

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction on how to learn how to make custom lockers where when a person clicks a button a pop up that reads "To help support us please download one of these apps from our sponsors" or something along those lines. Then a list of apps from both android and ios will appear that I have taken from cpa networks such as cpabuild and cpa
Basically I am really wanting to downloadlead.

If your website is running with Wordpress you can do it easily with a free or premium plugin. It's quite easy to do a custom solution too.

how do this with web site like leadpages and nicepage ... make content locker appear in landing page without go to another page ?
