How to make copied image unique for google?

I need to make downloaded images unique for google. Will converting them from jpg to png will be enough?

Rename/Resize/Apply Effects. There are programs to bulk edit photos if you want to edit more than one picture, will come handy and it's much faster.
 
I recommend you to edit the photo at least regarding the size and maybe adding some smaller effect.

I don't think changing the size will work, but adding few thing over the image and partially changing the colors of the image might help but it not always work.
 
flip the pics horizontally, most of the times orientation doesn't matter, only if there's writing on the pic, but at first make sure that you don't flip an already flipped pic (how to do that? use reverse image search by Google), because you'll flip it back to the original state :)

modifying hue/saturation/lights, cropping, resizing won't always help, if you take a look at the reverse image search by Google, it can easily find these pics, if they aren't altered enough

Thanks, that was new for me. Also i have heard that adding a block of text on to the image like your url or something can also change the structure of the image as far as google sees it.

Create a unique file name for the copied image, and make sure to include relevant keywords in the file name. Additionally, optimize the image for web use, such as compressing it and saving it in an appropriate file format.
