How to Make Content Locker Site Like This?

Anybody knows which CPA network can make mobile apk games hack content locker like below?

Pluginelite.com (only loads on mobile devices)

Basically they promise you can download the hack after completing 1 or 2 offers.
Been trying to reverse engineer that website but can't seem to pinpoint which CPA network has it.

After creating, how to promote it, it also need to know. If you know, please share.
 
it's a custom site, it's not the cpa network that does this kind of customization... you can do the same with cursor ai or bolt, you put that you want an identical site with the url it will do it for you, add visual animation with javascript , but in the end the user is redirected to the cpa offer: pluginverify.com/cl/i/j63x5

What is the pluginverify link you just shared? It opened nothing.
 
yea i’ve seen that type before. pluginelite is using a mobile content locker, prob custom setup or tweaked script. some CPA networks that support that kinda locker are OGAds, CPABuild, and CPAGrip – they all have mobile-friendly lockers.


the exact style they use might be self-hosted or iframe embedded tho. if u’re trying to replicate it, check CPABuild’s templates – they’re closest in layout from what i remember.

Looks like swagdeal.me and pluginelite.com are using self-hosted content lockers pulling offers from OGAds or CPABuild (now AdBlueMedia). They customize the layout and embed offers via JS or iframe.

Yeah.. question is how can I get the same thing done. Or is the script for sale somewhere?
I tried searching but couldn't find it for sale anywhere.
 
there’s no public script for that, most clone OGAds or CPABuild lockers and self-host.
but u can find custom ones on Fiverr or SEOClerks ($15–$80 range).
also check CodeClerks for cheap PHP lockers with OGAds API.
easiest: grab OGAds locker, edit UI, host it yourself.

That setup looks like OGAds or CPAGrip both support mobile content lockers for APK hack niches Use mobile locker with JS or iframe embed Most locker redirects are obfuscated so hard to trace without full traffic path Use Android UA and inspect behavior live for clues.
