I'd like to know a simple guide on how to make an extremely basic android app that has a button for in-app purchases where the user can be charged through mobile/carrier billing.

When I say extremely basic I mean literally a single button but as long as it works smoothly, I will reward the helper generously!

Do you know of a simple process to make any app with mobile billing? Such as a facebook application, anything at all..

To answer your question, yes, google play do accept mobile billing, only with certain networks/countries.

By the way, I'm in the UK

Nope I don't to be honest. Google is your friend though. Also try posting in relevant android development forums like xda-developers.

Something simple can be easily made with a game maker called Construct 2. Download a cracked version (think up to R149 works, anything newer the license doesnt work.) It is free software but we need cracked version to export to CocoonJS.

Make your simple app, information app whatever it is (primarily a game maker but easy to use for simple apps) then export to Cocoonjs and end up with a .zip file. Head over to Ludei, sign up, and go into the Cocoonjs cloud compiler. Submit the zip and bing out comes your .apk file.

For in app purchasing though you need to submit a form via Ludei to gain access to their extensions (still free at the moment) and this can add in app purchases.

    Hope this helps!
