How to make Amazon UK account without SMS verification?

I don't know if this is the right section but would like to know if anyone would know of a way to be mass making amazon accounts that don't need SMS verification. Methods that I have tried include adspower + soaks mobile proxy, adspower + tethered 5G hotspot, undetectable + soaks mobile proxy and undetectable + 5G hotspot. Tried with different browser setups on each account manager and different email domains all with no avail so I am wondering if anyone has successfully managed to do it without getting SMS verification. Reason being, SMS verification sort of pre-flags and links your account so I want to avoid that.
