How to make a Windows VPS installation inaccessible?

Dear fellows, I do run a Windows VPS and I would like to cancel this VPS. I would like to format the windows installation, so my host cannot accecss the windows installation anymore or retrieve any data. How to do this?

You should have a control panel, to control your VPS. It has functions like shutdown, format, reinstall and such stuff. If you don't, simply open a ticket and tell them to reinstall windows. They will have to delete everything in order to install it again.

Thankt Darkpixel, the problem: the host is a noobie in the bussiness and don't have a control panel for their customers. I am sure he will check out my files without my permission if I ask him to re-install windows.

Did you try to delete files by you self and uninstall all programs + use cc cleaner to delete everything cash cookies etc... it, should work
