How to make a website like Videobb?

Hi I want to setup a website similar to videobb.. Can anyone tell me what I need to do.. Thanks

I am not trying to come across as rude or a bel* end but I have been in your position, wanting to set up a site and asking where to start, and the best piece of advise I got was to

"Research, Learn, Implement, then ask questions after to improve your site"

1st step: buy a dedicated server and stay ready to invest at least 2000$-5000$

Don't waste your time unless you have a minimum of 10k-20k to invest.

Remember, YouTube still lose money every year, even after they implement the annoying ads over video.
