How to make a website connection with Windows VDS?

Hello, I don't know if the subject is in the right place. If I opened the wrong category I would be glad if you could move the location.

In this way, Company employees will be able to access the file they want whenever they want. Windows VDS and Website will work simultaneously.

File request will be made on the website.
The website will contact VDS and search for the requested file in the "Repository" folder.
It will then upload the file it finds to the website's FTP directory.
After the file is uploaded to the directory, it will display the download link on the requesting user's screen.

Is it possible to do such a thing?

If possible how? Or are there ready-made systems that do this job?

everything is possible if you speak about computers. you need just a bot/script to do the job. I doubt that somebody will give you an existing solution for you case. You have to provide more parameters and it is very time consuming to figure out what you exactly need and what is the volume of the task... check the marketplace, some ppl offer writing services, that's your best shot imho
