how to make a Voting Page?

hi guys,

is there a template system or easy, quick way to create a simple voting page with two questions and once the user clicks 'vote' it takes them to an offers page?

Or, is there a smarter thing to do after they click vote (i.e. is there a way to truly maximise the traffic).

The type of traffic coming to the vote page would not be looking to buy any products I don't believe, but just trying to think of a way to entice them to click on something after they vote to make me some cash, perhaps a freebie cpa offer if they just enter their email address

Search for polls all over the net basically and you will get your answer.

but yeah poll factory or ppc-coach program etc. tons of programs out there you are probably just too lazy to do some research.

Look into the free gas card offers, plenty of cpa companies have them. Just need in most cases name, email, phone number to get paid on. After they vote see if they want to enter to win a free gas card.
