How to make a twitter go viral

Follow what is trending .. tweet about these trending topics with the right hashtags .. You will certainly get followers .. if you want your tweets to go viral you have to write something unique, sensational, useful, hilarious or controversial content .. and tweet it at the right time when most of your target audience are online.

False. I currently have an account with 20k followers (growing by around 300 a day) from following and unfollowing. I get around 200 retweets every tweet and sometimes over 1000 if its a really good tweet.

I did not buy any retweets, I simply started out by following a couple of hundred people each day from my niche. After I hit about 5k from this the account began to grow organically in addition to the following.
 
You can also favorite ppl in your niche. It's another good way to grow your following.
 
i used group boards and face book making sure my hastags have a nitche
 
utilize all the social media platforms and you will get the twitter inflow too

Also, I've used an iMacro script to auto favorite tweets from a particular search. A good portion of those that get favorited will follow you back
 
I have 25 accounts mostly 5,000 range 2 at 30,000 been using tweet adder for 5 years - much harder to get followers now. Buy a real one with 5,000 followers for about $500.
 
You really need to find a non-saturated and unique niche for your twitter account
, then as said above, draw traffic to your account from as many sources as possible.
 
dont worry about followers, listen to your timeline and reply to people, get your klout score high ,interact with people, you will then have a top tweet status which is very powerfull your tweet will stick for a few weeks,if you have low quality followers and dont tweet much your retweets, favs and tweets will have no reach and will fall to the bottom of twitter search
