I wanna try a salespage like this, but I have no idea how to build it. Kinda crappy that you gotta watch the whole thing, though..

Anyway, the video is just like a salesletter withouth all the reading. In the end of the video you are given 10 minutes to buy before the time is "up" (buy now or forever..erhm.. lose it..or something)

Right before the clock appears an order button also appears, beneath the video.

Now, questions: I`m probably the greenest person on the planet when it comes to stuff like this, so what would be the best program to use to create a video like that? PowerPoint, perhaps?

What`s the best way to implement the video to my site? Script?

How to I make the order button suddenly appear when the clock shows up?

Bah, I wanna do it myself. Learn a thing or two along the way as well.

Is Flash the best way to do it?

I read somewhere that Powerpoint could be used. Is this so?

It is only $27, why reinvent the wheel!

I think it does most of what you want, you will have to figure out
the controless video and auto start yourself, which is not hard.
Also the timer might be positioned on the video area with CSS,
google it!

and in any html page.

nope. flash file is just like an interactive image, all the advertisements that move around and are interactive for the user are mostly flash.

youtube is actual videos.
 
lol... the exact reason I`m asking for a screen capture program at another forum. One with sound, mind you; my computer can`t seem to find the sound device(?). No idea what to the problem is, the sound is working..
 
I suggest you use either Java or Flash, which are the most widespread options for interactive and fluent content. I can do the Flash part myself, doesn't look pretty hard. You can also look for some templates online, they can be pretty useful.

Make an awesome powerpoint presentation, download Camtasia studio, record your powerpoint and voila ...an awesomely animated movie that you can publish using camtasia own flash player or any regular flash player like jwplayer
 
i would use the method veronica just described, that is by far the easiest way to do something similar to this.
